A. We are dedicated to promoting your restaurant and its menu. A large portion of your subscription fee goes directly into advertising OurOnlineMenu.com via magazine, radio and online. The rest pays our hosting costs and covers our payroll and taxes.
Q. What is a "Link" subscription?
A. A "Link" subscription consists of a dedicated page on OOM without your menu but with a link to your menu that is hosted on your own website. Cost is a one time fee of $25.00
Q. What is a "Basic" subscription?
A. A basic subscription is one years worth of hosting and promoting your restaurant and its menu. It includes initial setup. Cost is $79.00
Q. What is a "Basic Plus One" subscription?
A. A basic subscription is one years worth of hosting and promoting your restaurant and its menu, plus you get one menu revision per year. Cost is $109.00
Q. What is a "Basic Plus Two" subscription?
A. A basic subscription is one years worth of hosting and promoting your restaurant and its menu, plus you get two menu revisions per year. Cost is $139.00
Q. What is an "Enhanced" subscription?
A. Enhanced simply means that you have the ability to log in and setup your menu from a provided template. You can then change your menu at any time without incurring any revision fees. Cost is $10.
Q. What is an "Enhanced with setup" subscription?
A. "Enhanced with setup" simply means that we do the initial setup of your menu and you maintain it after that. Cost is $49
Q. Do I need a computer to use your service?
A. No. We take care of everything that needs to be taken care of to get and maintain your menu online.
Q. How do you market your website?
A. We market on the internet using links to friendly sites. We also buy clicks from google and yahoo. This allows our site to come up on the first page of a search that contains key words.
We have bought magazine and newspaper ads in the markets where we have restaurants. We also purchase and give away a gift certificate from a participating restaurant a few times a year to some lucky user of our website. This helps to promote the site via word of mouth.
Q. How many hits do you get on your website?
A. As more restaurants get involved and our advertising efforts increase, the hit count increases every day. To date we have logged more than 1,930,000 site requests!
Q. How do I know it is working for me?
A. We offer you the option of offering coupons or special online promotions, when redemed, you know they come from OurOnlineMenu.com. Your menu header also has a ticker that counts the number of hits specific to your menu.
